The main drawback is the hilltop location: walking to and from the Old Town is extremely steep, so you will likely rely on taxis, which adds some friction if you want to explore frequently. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, beautful room and the shower was gorgeous, after a day exploring or from the beach that shower is a delight.
